In order to truly explain how special and personal this collection is to me, I need to take you back to my childhood. Nostalgic memories of soft, rustling wings in my father’s aviary, the two proud feathers in the brim of my uncle’s hat, my (still) strong belief in fairies at the bottom of my garden; I’ve always loved the idea of wings. He has always said he loves me in headpieces so I knew I had to have something special. I honestly travelled the world looking for the perfect piece (and working) and couldn’t find the right one. So when I saw Sally’s work and she explained she made bespoke pieces too, I took a train to her home and studio and we started creating.”

I then had a little panic about how much I was spending on my ensemble and decided to have a rethink. But I just couldn't stop looking at the newly created website and all the wonderful Instagram pictures and just decided I was being silly and should go for it!
