TTL Fine offers custom made jewellery to clients that can’t find exactly what they want and want an idea tailored to them. Whether its the perfect engagement ring, wedding bands, seeking gifts for their bridal party, or commemorating a special milestone Lucy understands this process can be daunting, we can assure you that you will be guided and supported as much as possible.
We are proud to offer a very personal experience sharing options for stones, where possible viewing 3D Wax prints of your design & discussing all the details so you feel as much part of the experience as possible. We can assure you, you are in good hands. Each bespoke concept is designed in-house by Lucy and brought to life with a team of traditional goldsmiths based in the UK.
HOW IT WORKS:
1 - FREE CONSULTATION
Clients can opt for an in-person meeting, Zoom/Teams/GoogleMeet, or phone call to discuss any design ideas they may have. Providing images for reference helps in understanding their inspiration, desired materials, maximum budget for the piece, and deadline.
2 - DESIGN DEPOSIT
At this stage, clients are requested to provide a non-refundable £250 deposit for design time, which will later be deducted from the final payment. Following the clients brief and consultation, a series of design options will be developed. Clients will have the opportunity to review all options and provide feedback. Any necessary adjustments will be made to ensure that the design aligns with the clients vision.
3 - DESIGN BRIEF & SIGN OFF
The final design brief, including all design details, the final price, and an estimated lead time, will be sent to the client for approval. Once approved, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the final cost is arranged.
4 - 3D RENDER CAD & WAX MODEL
Clients receive a full 3D rendered CAD file of the final design, with some cases including a 360-degree video & a wax model of the piece is sent for scale and design verification.
5 - PRODUCTION
TTL Fine collaborates with a UK-based goldsmith and stonesetter, ensuring that each piece includes UK Hallmarking from The Assay Office. Lead times typically range from 6 to 8 weeks, although certain projects may be completed more quickly.
6 - FINAL PAYMENT & DELIVERY
Upon completion, the jewellery is packaged in TTL Fine's luxury packaging, accompanied by a care card with details on how to best protect your jewellery. Once the final payment is received, arrangements for collection or delivery are made accordingly.
